Site) Amendment By-laws (No. 2) 2016

Made under section 13(2e)(b) of the Act by the Minister in his capacity as the board of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital with the approval of the deputy of the Governor given on the recommendation of the Trust.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre

2.            Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows -

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 - on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws - on the day on which the Health Services Act 2016 section 8 comes into operation.

3.            By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) By-laws 1986.

4.            By-law 3 amended

(1)	In by-law 3(1) delete the definition of Hospital.
(2)	In by-law 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:

Hospital by the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Order 2016;

means the public hospital known as service provider with that corporate name established

Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital;

public hospital has the meaning given in the Health

Services Act 2016 section 8(6);

(3)	In by-law 3(2)(a) delete "or officer of the Hospital" and insert:
in the North Metropolitan Health Service
(4)	In by-law 3(3):

(a) delete "or officer of the Hospital" and insert:

in the North Metropolitan Health Service

(b) delete "his" and insert:

that

(c) delete "him." and insert:

the employee.

5.            By-law 26B amended

In by-law 26B(3):

(a) delete "Board of the Hospital" and insert:

North Metropolitan Health Service

(b)	delete "to the Board- and insert:
to the chief executive of the North Metropolitan Health Service

6.           By-law 28 amended

In by-law 28 delete -$50.-  and insert:

$200.

7.            By-law 36 amended

In by-law 36(a) delete "member, officer or employee of the
Hospital" and insert:

member or employee in the North Metropolitan Health Service
