Site) Amendment By-laws 2023

Made under section 20(1) of the Act by The Queen Elizabeth II Medical
Centre Trust with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) Amendment By-laws 2023.

2.             Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

(a) by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws

are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the by-laws — on 1 July 2023.

3.             By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) By-laws 1986.

4.             Schedule 1 replaced

Delete Schedule 1 and insert:

26AA(2) Ticket parking For each day:

26AA(4) 0-15 minutes = free

15 minutes - 1 hour = $3.70

1 hour - 2 hours = $7.40

2 hours - 3 hours	= $11.10
3 hours - 4 hours	= $14.80
4 hours - 5 hours	= $18.50

More than 6 hours	= $25.90

26AB(3)	Paid staff parking	$6.40 per day, to a maximum
of $32 per week

(b)	if the vehicle is
stored for more
than 24 hours —
for each 7 days or
part of 7 days for
which the vehicle
is stored after the
