Made under section 20(1) of the Act by The Queen Elizabeth II Medical
Centre Trust with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.1. Citation
These by-laws are the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) Amendment By-laws 2022.
2. Commencement
These by-laws come into operation as follows —
(a)
by-laws 1 and 2— on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the by-laws — on the day after that day.
(Delegated Site) By-laws 1986.
3. By-laws amended These by-laws amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre

4. Schedule 1 replaced
Delete Schedule I and insert:

26AA(2) Ticket parking $3.60 per hour or
26AA(4) 0-15 minutes =
free 15 minutes - 1 hour = $3.60 1 hour - 2 hours
= $7.20
2 hours -3 hours = $10.80 3 hours-4 hours = $14.40 4 hours -5hours =$18.00 5 hours -6hours =$21.60 More than 6 hours = $25.20
26AB(3) Paid staff parking $6.30 per day, to a maximum
of $31.50 per week2613(3) Removal and storage of
vehicle -
(a) basic fee $200 plus (b)
if the vehicle is stored for more than 24 hours -
for each 7 days or part of 7 days for
which the vehicle is stored after the
first 24 hours $20
