Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated

Site) Amendment By-laws 2017

Made under section 20(1) of the Act by the Queen Elizabeth II Medical
Centre Trust with the approval of the deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These by-laws are the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) Amendment By-laws 2017.

2.   Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

$6.00 per day, to a maximum of $30.00 per week STEVEN COLE, Queen Elizabeth II Medical Trust.

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — on the day after that day.

3. By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre
(Delegated Site) By-laws 1986.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 delete "$5.95 per day, to a maximum of $29.75 per week" and insert:
