QUEEN ELIZABETH II MEDICAL CENTRE (DELEGATED SITE)
AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1991
Made by the Board of the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital under section 13 (2e) in its capacity as a delegate under section 13 with the approval of His Excellency the Governor given on the recommendation of The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Trust.
Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre(Delegated Site) Amendment By-laws 1991.
Commencement
2. These by-laws shall come into operation on 1 March 1991.
Principal by-laws
3. In these by-laws, the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site)
By-laws 1986* are referred to as the principal by-laws.[*Published in the Gazette of 24 October 1986 at pp. 3947-3954. For amendments to 11 January 1991 see p. 330 of 1989 Index to Legislation of Western Australia.]
By-law 24 amended
4. By-law 24 of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "in a parkingfacility in the site" and substituting the following-
" in any portion of the site ".
By-law 25 amended
5. By-law 25 of the principal by-laws is amended—
(a) in sub-bylaw (3a) by deleting "20c" and substituting the following-
" 50c "; and
(b)
in sub-bylaw (5) by deleting "sub-bylaw" and substituting the follow- ing—
" by-law ".
By-law 26 amended
6. By-law 26 of the principal by-laws is amended—
(a) in sub-bylaw (2) by deleting "$52" and substituting the following-
" $130 "; and
(b) in sub-bylaw (3) by deleting "$1" and substituting the following-
" $2.50 ".
Schedule 2 repealed and a Schedule substituted
7. Schedule 2 of the principal by-laws is repealed and the following Scheduleis substituted—
