Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies and, in particular, to the following land:

(a)	Lot 7, DP 270584, 6655 Kings Highway, Carwoola,
(b)	Lot 6, DP 270584, 500 Trig Lane, Carwoola,
(c)	Lot 64, DP 1150423, 4 Gregg Place, Crestwood,
(d)	Lot 24, DP 241159, 2 Faunce Street, Queanbeyan East,
(e)	Lot 52, DP 262335, 17 Dunn Street, Queanbeyan West.

4      Amendment of Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Clause 1.2 Aims of Plan

Omit “Queanbeyan” from clause 1.2 (1).

Insert instead “that part of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional local government area to which this Plan applies (in this Plan referred to as Queanbeyan)”.

Insert in appropriate order in Part 1:
