I, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, make the following local environmental plan under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 48).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan rezones land and reclassifies it from

community to operational land, it applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 57, DP 246824, 13 Beatty Crescent, Crestwood,
(b)	Lot 20, DP 264522, 7 Kaye Place, Crestwood,
(c)	Lot 14, DP 216046, 126A Morton Street, Crestwood,

(2) To the extent that this Plan reclassifies land from community to operational land, it applies to Lot 1, DP 1027494, 113 Canberra Avenue, Queanbeyan.
