Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 45).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to update references in Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1991, Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1998 and Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002 to the name and date of adoption of Development Control Plan No 49—Exempt and Complying Development by Queanbeyan City Council.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to all land within the City of Queanbeyan.

4 Amendment of Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1991

Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.1.

5 Amendment of Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1998

Queanbeyan Local Environmental Plan 1998 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.2.

6 Amendment of Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002

Yarrowlumla Local Environmental Plan 2002 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.3.
