QUARTER SESSIONS ENABLING

ACT.

Act No. 9, 1920.

An Act to declare tlio law with regard to the 'j6orge V,

sitting of Courts of Quarter Sessions; and for that purpose to amend the Crimes Act

1900.      [Assented to, 26th October, 1920.]

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Kew South

"Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—■

1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Quarter Sessions short utie.

Enabling Act, 1920.”

2 . I t is hereby declared that it has been and is lawfid

for a court of quarter sessions to sit iit two or more sessions

divisions at the same lime at any place appointed for
