1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Quarantine Service Fees Amendment Determination 2008 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day it is registered.

1. Amendment of Quarantine Service Fees Determination 2005

Schedule 1 amends the Quarantine Service Fees Determination 2005.

4              Transitional

The amendments made by Schedule 1 apply in relation to a service provided on or after 1 July 2008.
