REGULATION UNDER THE QUARANTINE ACT 1908*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Quarantine Act 1908.

AMENDMENT OF THE QUARANTINE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 

Regulation 81 of the Quarantine (General) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Grant of vaccination certificate

“ 81. Where an authorized person is satisfied—

(a) that a person has been successfully vaccinated against a disease by, or under the supervision of, a medical practitioner; and

(b) of the date or dates on which that vaccination took place,

he may grant the person so vaccinated a certificate certifying that, on the date or dates specified in the certificate, that person was successfully vaccinated against the disease specified in the certificate.”.
