This Declaration is the Quarantine (Declared Places — Yellow Fever) Declaration 2009.

  1. Commencement

This Declaration commences on 1 August 2009.

  1. Repeal

The Quarantine (Declared Places — Yellow Fever) Declaration 2004 is repealed.

  1. Definition

In this Declaration:

Act means the Quarantine Act 1908.

  1. Declaration

For section 12 of the Act, a place mentioned in Schedule 1 is infected with yellow fever.
