Quarantine (Animals) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Quarantine Act 1908.

Fertilizer and stock food of animal origin

Regulation 85 of the Quarantine (Animals) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting “from New Zealand”; and

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) all the words after “subjected to” and substituting “a heat treatment approved by the Director”.
