E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

This Act may be cited as

Exemption.

The Governor may, by Proclamation published in the Govern-

ment Gazette, exempt any vessels or class of vessels, and all persons

and things on board of such vessels, from the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of th i~ Act, and may in like manner revoke any such Proclamation, either wholly or part.

In the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, I hereby assent to

this Bill.
