Be it enacted by His Excellejicy the

Governor of New South Wales with the advice and (*onsent of the

Legislative Council thereof as follows :—

9. In case it shall be deemed necessary by the Governor with Medical Officer may

the advice of his Executive Council to appoint any Medical Officer to
