1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from orders made by the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Collier, Perry and Thomas JJ) by which his appeal from the decision of a single judge of the Federal Court (Rares J) was dismissed. The application does not raise any issue warranting this Court's consideration. The application should be refused.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
