O R D E R
On the application in writing of the parties for orders by consent the Court makes the following orders:
1.The Crown shall pay the claimant, QM Properties Pty Ltd, the sum of one million and forty five thousand dollars ($1,045,000.00) in full satisfaction and discharge of all claims of the claimant ("the agreed sum").
2.The sum of four hundred and eighty seven thousand two hundred dollars ($487,200.00) having already been paid by the Crown and received by the claimant, the Crown shall pay to the claimant the balance of the agreed sum, five hundred and fifty seven thousand and eight hundred dollars ($557,800.00).
3.If the balance of the agreed sum is not paid by 1 October 1992, then interest at ten percent (10%) per annum on the balance of the agreed sum shall be calculated and payable by the Crown to the claimant from that date.
The Court makes no order as to costs.
