Application for approval of the QCCS Pty Ltd, and Edge Contracting Group Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement.

[1] An application pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (“the Act”) was made on 18 February 2015 by QCCS Pty Ltd; Edge Contracting Group Pty Ltd for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement known as the QCCS Pty Ltd, and Edge Contracting Group Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement(“the Agreement”).

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Act as are relevant to this application for approval have been met. The employer provided supplementary documentation regarding work cycles to the Commission in support of the assessment against the Better Off Overall Test.

[3] The Agreement is approved and will operate in accordance with s.54 of the Act.
