V V in the Gazette of the sixteenth day of Oetoher,

one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, the land described in the said notification of resumption (whereof the land described in the Schedule to this Act forms imrt) was, in pursuance of section fifteen of the Forestry Act, 1.916, resumed under the Public Works Act, 1912. for the purpose of a State Forest at Pymhle. And Avhereas by a Proclamation of tlic Governor made in pursuance of the provisions of tlie Forestry Act, 1916, and publislied in the Guzette on the twenty-first day of Maj% one thousand nine liundred and twenty- six, the said land described in the said Schedule to this Act w'as with other land declared to be dedicated as a State Forest. And whereas it has hcen found that tlie said land described in the Schedule to this Act is not required for the purpose for which it was resumed and dedicated as aforesaid, and it is desired to revest the same in the persons Avho were entitled thereto at the time of the said resumption: .Pc it therefore enacted hy the Kind’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 , This Act may be cited as the “ Pymble State si>ort taic.

2 . On the passing of this Act the land described in Kcvcsting.

the Schedule to this Act shall revest in the persons who

were entitled thereto at the time of such resumption as aforesaid for such estates and interests and Avith and subject to such rights as Avere subsisting in respect of the said land at the time of such resumption as aforesaid, and such land shall be subject to all trusts, obligations, estates, interests, contracts, charges, I’ates, rights-of-Avay or other easements from Avhich it AA’as freed and discharg('d by such resumption ns if the said land had not been resumed, and shall also be subject to any interests in or equities binding on the compensation moneys created since the said resumption, but shall be free from the dedication effected or expressed to be effected by the Proclamation aforesaid.
