PXYJ v Minister for Home Affairs

Case

[2019] HCASL 92

PXYJ

v

MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS & ANOR

[2019] HCASL 92
P8/2019

  1. An extension of time is necessary to enable this application for special leave to appeal to proceed.  The application does not identify any question of law that would warrant the grant of special leave; nor is there any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia.  The application should be dismissed.  Accordingly, an extension of time would be futile.

  2. Pursuant to r 41.08.01 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
