AN ACT to amend Section eleven of the Purchasers

Protection Act, 1933.

[Assented to 4th January, 1935.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Purchasers' Protection

Short title.

Amendment Act, 1934, and shall be read as one with the Pur- chasers' Protection Act, 1933, hereinafter called the principal Act.

2. Section eleven of the principal Act is amended by— Amendment of

s. 11 of the

principal Act.

(i)    inserting after the word "provisions," in line three,

the words "of the preceding section and";

(ii)    adding at the end of the section a proviso, as fol- lows :—"Provided that no relief shall be granted under the preceding section in the case of a con- tract of sale entered into more than seven years before the 4th day of January, 1.934."

3. The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited Citation of

principal Act

as the Purchasers' Protection Act, 1933-1934.

as amended.
