AN ACT to provide for the Payment of the Salary of the Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court.

[Assented to, 8th September, 1883.]

wEIEREAS it is expedient to make some certain provision forI the Payment of the Salary of the Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, out of the revenues of the Colony: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
