s1 2 s5 Public Works Legislation Amendment Regulation No. 109, 2005 (No. 1) 2005 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Works Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement Sections 5 and 8 commence on 1 July 2005. Part 2 Amendment of Architects Regulation 2003 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Architects Regulation 2003. 4 ‘18A Insertion of new s 18A After section 18— insert— Code of practice approved—Act, s 108 ‘For section 108(3) 1 of the Act, the code of practice called ‘Board of Architects of Queensland Code of Practice’ made by the board on 23 November 2004 is approved. 2 ’. 5 Replacement of sch 1 (Fees) Schedule 1— 1 Section 108 (Board to make code of practice) of the Act 2 Copies of the code of practice are available for inspection at the board’s office at 40 George Street, Brisbane.
