This Act shall be cited as "The Public Works ~ ~ ~ structioD Land Resumption Acts Amendment Act of 1926," and of Act. shall be read as one with "The Public Works Land Resumption Acts, 1906 to 1917,"* herein referred to as the Principal Act. Amendment 2. In paragraph (i.) of section four of the Principal of 8.4. Act, after the word "fords" the following words are inserted, that is to say :--" forestry (which expression shall include afforestation, silviculture, protection of forests and forest products, harvesting transport milling preparing treating and marketing of fores':. products, access to and for the purposes of fores:s, acquisition of forests and forest products, and kindred purposes)". * 6 Edw.
