Public Works Committee Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and being satisfied that the Pipeline Authority is engaging in trading activities in competition with another body or other bodies, or with persons, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

Non-application of Act to certain authorities

 Regulation 12 of the Public Works Committee Regulations is amended by inserting—

“Pipeline Authority”

after—

“Health Insurance Commission”.
