(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being satisfied that each authority of the Commonwealth specified in regulation 3 of the following Regulations is engaging in trading or other activities, or is providing services, in competition with another body or other bodies, or with persons, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Public Works Committee Regulations.

2. Regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Non-application of Act to certain authorities

“12. It is hereby declared that the Act does not apply to an authority of the Commonwealth that is specified in Schedule 3.”.

New Schedule

3. The Principal Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following Schedule:
