(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and being satisfied that Australian Airlines Limited is engaging in trading or other activities, or is providing services, in competition with another body or other bodies, or with persons, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

Schedule 3

Schedule 3 to the Public Works Committee Regulations is amended by omitting item 8 and substituting the following item:

“8 Australian Airlines Limited”.
