(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being satisfied that each authority of the Commonwealth specified in the following Regulation is engaging in trading or other activities, or is providing services, in competition with another body or other bodies, or with persons, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

Schedule 3

Schedule 3 to the Public Works Committee Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting before item 1 the following item:

“1a AUSSAT Pty Ltd”;

(b) by inserting after item 10 the following item:

“10a Australian Postal Commission”;

(c) by inserting after item 11 the following item:

“11a Australian Telecommunications Commission”;

(d) by inserting after item 18 the following item:

“18a Overseas Telecommunications Commission (Australia)”.
