Public Works Committee Regulations2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and being satisfied that the Export Finance and Insurance Corporation is engaging in trading or other activities, or is providing services, in competition with another body or other bodies, or with persons, make the following Regulations under the Public Works Committee Act 1969.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Public Works Committee Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s.48]

2.   Schedule 3 (Authorities of the Commonwealth to which the Act does not apply)

2.1   After item 17, insert:

 “17A               Export Finance and Insurance Corporation”.
