REGULATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE ACT 1913-1953.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Public Works Committee Act 1913-1953.

Amendment of the Public Works Committee Regulations. 

Commencement.

1. Regulation 2 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the first day of May, 1957.

Prescribed allowances.

2. Regulation 6 of the Public Works Committee Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1.) the words “Two pounds ten shillings” and inserting in their stead the words “Three pounds thirteen shillings and sixpence”.
