1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Public Works Committee Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Amendment of Public Works Committee Regulations 1969

Schedule 1 amends the Public Works Committee Regulations 1969.

insert

2ASpecified works (Act s 5)

For paragraph (f) of the definition of work in section 5 of the Act, the following are declared:

1. (a)

   a temporary building or structure;

2. (b)

   a demountable building or structure.
