Act No. 11, 1925.

George V, An Act to enable the Parliamentary Standing

No. 11.

Committee on Public Works or any sectional committee thereof to sit and transact business whilst the Legislative Assembly is actually sitting; to amend the Public Works Act, 1912 ; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 2nd December, 1925.]

O E it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title,

1 . This Act may be cited as the Public Works

Committee Act, 1925.”

Amendment

2. The Public Woi’ks Act, 1912, is amended by s^n! omitting from section seventeen the following words : “ Provided that the Committee shall not nor shall any sectional committee thereof hold any meeting whilst the Legislative Assembly is actually sitting.”
