Public Trustee Regulations ( Continuation ) Act 1988 , No. 1549 109 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Public Trustee Regulations (Continuation) Act 1988. 2. Application of RegulatoryReformAct 1986 to Public Trustee Regulations 1978. For the purposes of the Regulatory Reform Act 1986, the Public Trustee Regulations 1978 shall be and, it is hereby declared, always were from the commencement of that Act, deemed to have been made on 1 January 1979.
