1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee (Interest Rate) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2022.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 January 2023.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012.

4   Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund—Act, s 19)

Section 4(2), ‘0.7%’—
omit, insert—

1.1%

5   Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund)

Schedule 1, items 2(c) and 3, ‘0.7%’—
omit, insert—

0.71%
