1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee (Interest Rate) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2019.

2   Commencement

(1)Part 2 commences on 1 December 2019.

(2)Part 3 commences on 1 January 2020.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012.
