1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee (Interest Rate) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2020.

2   Commencement

(1)Part 2 commences on 1 October 2020.

(2)Part 3 commences on 1 November 2020.

This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012.
