PUBLIC TRUSTEE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment

17 March 19921 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1227

Second Schedule amended

2. The Second Schedule to the Public Trustee Regulations 1942* is amended

in item 1 (la) —

(a) in subparagraph (c) by deleting "proceeds." and substituting the

following —

57 ;

proceeds; and

and

(h) by inserting after subparagraph (c) the following

subparagraph —

it

(d) where the estate includes a lump sum payment, which is paid directly to the Public Trustee by the trustees of a superannuation fund, the fee playable on the part of the estate consisting of the lump sum payment shall be 11/2%.
