s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment (No. 9) No. 458, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 9) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 21 (Application of Act, pt 8, div 1A to unclaimed superannuation benefits) 3.(1) Section 21, heading, ‘ , div 1A ’— omit. (2) Section 21(1), ‘, division 1A’— omit. (3) Section 2(2) and (3), ‘division’— omit, insert— ‘part’. ˙ Insertion of new s 22 4. After section 21— insert— ˙ ‘ Prescribed investments for unclaimed moneys ‘ 22. Each investment in which money in a common fund may be invested is prescribed for section 25(3)(b) of the Act.’.
