Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2011. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001 . 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘3.70%’— omit, insert — ‘3.85%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘4.20%’— omit, insert — ‘4.35%’.
