Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 December 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund—Act, s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(b), ‘3.30%’— omit, insert— ‘3.10%’. (2) Section 4(2)(c), ‘3.60%’— omit, insert— ‘3.30%’.
