Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 August 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘2.15%’— omit, insert — ‘2.25%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘2.65%’— omit, insert — ‘2.75%’.
