s1 2 s5 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2007 No. 260, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 November 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) Section 4(2) and (3)(a) and (b), ‘5.5%’— omit, insert— ‘5.6%’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) (1) Schedule 1, item 1(a) and (b), ‘3.5%’— omit, insert— ‘3.65%’. (2) Schedule 1, item 3, ‘3.5%.’— omit, insert— ‘3.65%’.
