Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 November 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund—Act, s 19(1)(c)) Section 4(2)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) if the term deposit amount is $500000 or more but less than $1000000—3.30%; or (c) if the term deposit amount is $1000000 or more—3.60%.’.
