Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘5.9%’— omit, insert— ‘6.00%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘7.55%’— omit, insert— ‘7.45%’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) (1) Schedule 1, item 1(a) and (b), ‘4.25%’— omit, insert— ‘4.35%’.
