s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2007 No. 157, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001 . 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) Section 4(2) and (3), ‘5.3%’— omit, insert— ‘5.4%’.
