2 Public Trustee Amendment (No. 4) No. 366, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 October 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Public Trustee Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.9 (Interest payable on moneys in the Common Fund) 4.(1) Sections 9(1)(a)(i) and (ii), 9(1)(b)(i) and (ii) and 9(1)(c)(ii)— omit ‘ 7.5% ’, insert ‘ 6.5% ’. (2) Sections 9(1)(a)(iii)(A), 9(1)(c)(i) and 9(1)(d)(i)— omit ‘ 2.5% ’, insert ‘ 2.0% ’. (3) Sections 9(1)(a)(iii)(B) and 9(1)(d)(ii)— omit ‘ 4.5% ’, insert ‘ 4.0% ’. ˙ Repeal 5.
