s1 2 s5 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2006 No. 294, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 December 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2), ‘4.9%’— omit, insert — ‘5%’. (2) Section 4(3)(a) and (b), ‘4.9%’— omit, insert — ‘5%’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) Schedule 1, item 1(a) and (b), ‘2.4%’— omit, insert — ‘2.95%’.
