Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2013 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 April 2013. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2012. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund—Act, s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘3.05%’— omit , insert — ‘2.75%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘3.10%’— omit , insert — ‘2.90%’.
