Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 April 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Interest payable on amounts in the common fund, Act s 19(1)(c)) (1) Section 4(2)(a), ‘5.7%’— omit, insert— ‘5.8%’. (2) Section 4(2)(b), ‘6.2%’— omit, insert— ‘6.75%’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) (1) Schedule 1, item 1(a) and (b), ‘3.95%’— omit, insert— ‘4.05%’.
