s1 2 s4 Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 No. 256, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Public Trustee Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 October 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Public Trustee Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Interest payable on amounts in common fund) (1) Schedule 1, item 1(a) and (b), ‘2%’— omit, insert— ‘2.25%’. (2) Schedule 1, item 1(c), ‘0.25%’— omit, insert— ‘0.3%’. (3) Schedule 1, item 2(c), ‘1.1%’— omit, insert— ‘2.25%’. (4) Schedule 1, item 4, ‘1.1%’— omit, insert— ‘0.3%’. ENDNOTES 1.
